Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Student Resources website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Payments and Banking Integration

  • We are currently working on integrating credit and debit card payment options, which will be available soon.
  • At present, payments can be made via online bank transfer to the following account:

  • After making the transfer, please share a screenshot of the transaction with our linked WhatsApp number (+92 323 456 7519) for confirmation.
  • All transactions are processed through secure banking channels and are subject to verification. Orders may be cancelled if fraud or unauthorized activity is detected.

3. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is our priority. All payment details and customer information are handled with the utmost confidentiality and processed securely. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Items in their original condition may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if the customer is within Lahore, and within 7 days if outside Lahore.
  • If you place an order for the wrong book, you will be refunded the book price excluding delivery charges.
  • If we deliver the wrong book, we will cover the cost of the return shipment and will resend the correct book at our expense.
  • Non-returnable items include autographed books, personalized items, special orders, re-bound books, and discounted items.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Orders valued at Rs. 3,000 or above with advance online payment.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: Rs. 300 for one book, Rs. 110 per additional book or per extra kg (whichever is higher).
  • Order Processing: Orders placed by 6:00 PM (PST) shipped the same day, after 6:00 PM or on Sundays/National Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery Timeline (Within Pakistan): Standard delivery 2–6 working days, Punjab 2–3 days, other provinces 3–5 days, peak seasons 5–10 days.
  • International Orders: Place order online, share screenshot on WhatsApp, full advance payment required. Delivery 7–20 days depending on location.
  • Delivery Address & Requirements: Delivered to residential/office addresses only. P.O. Boxes not accepted. Signature required, courier will attempt at least twice.
  • Self-Collection & Remote Areas: Advance payment required for self-collection or areas without courier service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
